Beautiful Rooms - The Octagon, Tate Britain

Monday, November 7, 2022 - 16:30

Home to the greatest collection of British art in the world, Tate Britain is one of London’s most architecturally rich venues, offering diverse entertaining spaces, ranging from classical and formal to contemporary galleries.

Spaces such as the magnificent Octagon, with its soaring arches and high-vaulted ceiling, will bring a sense of occasion to your event. Located at the heart of the neo-classical Duveen Galleries, The Octagon is also the best place for you and your guests to view Tate’s latest special commission. Currently the venue leads directly into the Sixty Years: The Unfinished Conversation Display, where visitors can explore the evolving nature of diasporic identity through art from Tate’s collection.

This extraordinary space has a capacity of up to 300 guests for receptions and up to 120 guests for dinner, each with a private viewing of the world-renowned Tate collection included.

Whether you are holding a drinks reception, a corporate event, a formal dinner or a breakfast meeting, Tate Britain offers a range of options for the perfect event. Positioned on the River Thames, casts of light across the Millbank entrance steps creates a dramatic and welcoming entrance for guests.

Tate are offering a 10% discount on Tate Britain hire if you quote TATEBRITAIN22 when you enquire.
